How to apply for 2024:
· Please read our admission policy carefully before you apply for 2024.

Step 1:

· Please visit https://wcedonline.westerncape.gov.za/ and complete the online application form. Please print the form after you have completed it online. The form is available under track applications. Click on the printer picture next to De Kuilen’s name.

Step 2:

· Please download and complete our application form.

The following documents must be submitted at De Kuilen Primary School on or before 21 April 2023.

• WCED application form
• De Kuilen Primary School’s application form
• Certified copy of birth certificate
• Certified copy of both parents’ ID’s
• Certified copy of the clinic card (only Grade R and Grade 1)
• Certified copy of the latest school report (Grade 2 – Grade 7)
• Certified copy of the proof of home address (Municipality bill/legal lease agreement. We do not accept affidavits. Please contact us if you are not sure which document, you must submit.)

Please make sure that you have all the required documents on the day you submit. If you do not have all the required documents, we will not accept your application. Documents received after 21 April 2023 will be handled as a late application.
